The LPN participates in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care and adheres to the Park Place Seniors Living Policy and Procedure Manual. The Licensed Practical Nurse functions independently and works under the guidance of the Resident Care Manager to further provide leadership, support and direction to Health Care Aides on an ongoing basis.
