Provides support to Development Planning studies across a range of Downstream and Energy Transition in Refining, Petrochemical and oil and gas projects. Supports other engineering projects as needed based on her/his specific competencies and skills. Liaise with subject matter experts across a wide range of disciplines.</p><p><br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>&nbsp;</p><ul><li><strong>Business Development &amp; Client Engagement:</strong></li><li>Meet with prospective and existing clients, including developers, sponsors, owners, lenders, ECAs, MDBs, and private equity funds.</li><li>Support early-stage client engagement to understand project needs and promote services.</li><li><strong>Proposal &amp; Project Support:</strong></li><li>Prepare technical and commercial proposals for power generation projects.</li><li>Assist in project scoping, feasibility studies, and conceptual design.</li><li><strong>Project Management &amp; Technical Support:</strong></li><li>Provide oversight and guidance during project development phases, including Feasibility, Concept, RE-FEED and FEED stages.</li><li>Conduct detailed site assessments focusing on reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM).</li><li>Perform CAPEX and OPEX benchmarking to support project economics.</li><li><strong>Technical Expertise &amp; Analysis:</strong></li><li>Apply knowledge of Power Generation technologies including solar, wind, battery storage, and conventional plants.</li><li>Utilize GT Pro/GT Master and PEACE software for thermodynamic modeling, configuration optimization, and selection studies.</li><li>Conduct environmental, regulatory, and permitting assessments related to power projects.</li><li><strong>Support for Financial &amp; Regulatory Processes:</strong></li><li>Assist in preparing documentation for project financing, including supporting lenders’ technical due diligence.</li><li>Support clients through project approvals, permitting, and environmental compliance.</li><li><strong>Business Development &amp; Market Expansion:</strong></li><li>Identify new opportunities within the power generation sector.</li><li>Support project development activities through to financial close and beyond.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong><br><br>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.</li><li>Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in power generation, including renewable energy (solar, wind, battery storage) and conventional power plants.</li><li>Strong understanding of regulatory, permitting, and environmental aspects of power projects.</li><li>Experience with data center power projects and front-end engineering services.</li><li>Demonstrated capability in Concept Select, Feasibility, PRE-FEED, and FEED stages of project development.</li><li>Expertise in site assessment, RAM studies, CAPEX/OPEX benchmarking, and reliability analysis.</li><li>Proficiency with GT Pro/GT Master and PEACE thermodynamic modeling software.</li><li>Familiarity with financial and technical advisory processes supporting project finance, including early client engagement.</li><li>Experience supporting developers, sponsors, lenders, ECAs, MDBs, and private investors.</li><li>Strong business development skills, with a track record of supporting projects through to financial close.</li><li>Strong technical writing skills&nbsp;</li><li>Effective time-management skills&nbsp;</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills&nbsp;</li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About you:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We love to hear from you and how you match with this position.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Your career with us:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Working at Technip Energies is an inspiring journey, filled with groundbreaking projects and dynamic collaborations.
