This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of production, inventory, and distribution activities while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and on-time delivery.</span></p><h3 data-start=\"973\" data-end=\"993\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">What You&rsquo;ll Do:</span></h3><p data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><strong>Operations Oversight</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Coordinate and monitor daily production, warehousing, and distribution activities across assigned 3PL partners and internal sites.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ensure compliance with CSafe SOPs, quality standards, service-level agreements, and safety requirements.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Act as the primary operational point of contact for designated 3PLs and escalate issues as needed.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><strong>Production &amp; Capacity Planning</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Communicate production priorities and monitor work orders to meet customer ship dates and inventory targets.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Monitor available capacity and labor plans, including overtime or temporary staffing needs.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ensure accuracy and timeliness of production and quality reporting within systems.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><strong>Outbound Delivery Coordination</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Establish outbound delivery priorities and schedules in coordination with Logistics and Customer Service.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Monitor adherence to delivery schedules, terms, and documentation accuracy.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><strong>Inventory Management</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Oversee cycle count processes, inventory reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Monitor inventory levels to align with forecasts, safety stock requirements, and commercial priorities.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Coordinate disposition of obsolete, excess, or scrap inventory with 3PL partners.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><strong>Reporting &amp; Performance Management</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Maintain daily production, logistics, and inventory tracking for assigned 3PLs.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Prepare operational performance reports and quarterly 3PL evaluations.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Proactively identify orders at risk and communicate status to internal stakeholders.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><strong>Financial &amp; Contract Support</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Review and approve 3PL invoices for accuracy and compliance with contracted services.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Monitor costs and support adherence to approved budgets.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><strong>Training, Safety &amp; Compliance</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Coordinate SOP training for 3PL personnel supporting CSafe operations.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and incident-reporting requirements.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Support preventive maintenance and cleaning of CSafe-owned equipment at 3PL sites.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">Required</p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED equivalent</li><li>3+ years of experience in logistics, manufacturing operations, supply chain, or 3PL coordination.</li><li data-pasted=\"true\">Basic understanding of production planning, inventory control, and outbound logistics processes.</li><li>Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.</li></ul><p>Preferred</p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.</li><li>Experience working directly with third-party logistics providers, contract manufacturers, or outsourced operations.</li><li>Experience supporting distribution centers or light manufacturing/assembly environments.</li><li data-pasted=\"true\">Proficiency with ERP systems and operational reporting (inventory, work orders, shipments).</li><li>Familiarity with OTIF metrics, cycle counting, and continuous improvement methodologies.</li><li>Experience reviewing logistics or 3PL invoices and resolving discrepancies.</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Our Benefits Include:</strong></p><ul><li>Paid Time OFF (PTO) starting at 25 days &amp;
