This role involves inspecting properties, diagnosing pest-related issues, applying treatments, and educating clients on effective pest management practices.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Determine Appropriate Treatment</strong>: Assess the type of pest infestation and decide on the most effective treatment method for elimination.</li><li><strong>Manage Customer Expectations</strong>: Provide clear guidance to customers on what to expect after treatment, including potential follow-up steps or precautions.</li><li><strong>Conduct Inspections</strong>: Inspect customer premises to identify signs of pest activity and assess the severity of the infestation.</li><li><strong>Complete Documentation</strong>: Ensure all necessary paperwork is filled out and submitted after each job, including details of services provided and materials used.</li><li><strong>Coordinate with Office Staff</strong>: Communicate effectively with office personnel to schedule pest control appointments and ensure timely service delivery.</li><li><strong>Apply Pesticides Safely</strong>: Administer appropriate pesticides to affected areas, adhering strictly to label instructions and safety protocols.</li><li><strong>Address Customer Requests</strong>: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests for pest control services, offering solutions tailored to their needs.</li><li><strong>Identify Sales Opportunities</strong>: Recognize and present opportunities for customers to purchase additional services or pest control products offered by the company.</li><li><strong>Adjust Treatment Plans</strong>: Modify chemical concentrations or treatment methods based on the size and scope of the pest infestation to ensure effective results.</li></ul>",
