Directly or indirectly, you'll have exposure to cutting-edge technology and groundbreaking medical research.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Title: </strong>Engineering Maintenance Technician I or II</p>\n<p><strong>Hours: </strong>7a-3:30p </p>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong> 1800 Orleans Street, Baltimore, MD</p>\n<p><strong>Pay Rate: </strong>$30-$49 per hour I and $33-53 per hour II </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Investigate building systems and documents operational data.  Prepares recommendations for system improvements, maintenance programs and evaluations.  This work is performed under the general supervision of the Engineering Project Manager and under the technical oversight of engineers.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>High school diploma or equivalent.
