The contractor will manage scope, schedule, budget and resources for the completion various Highway IT related projects such as the PCS Sunset and STIP Maintenance. This opportunity may also require analytical skills such as updating functional specifications and test cases. This position will meet with Highway stakeholders and provide multiple levels of communications to keep all levels of Management informed of progress of the project. This position sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project(s). This position may lead and direct the work of Contractor staff.<b></b></span></p>",
