From our&nbsp;<strong><em>new&nbsp;</em></strong>global headquarters, we operate a wide range of businesses in the U.S. (AMVAC&reg;, AMGUARD&trade; Environmental Technologies) and world wide in Australia (AgNova Technologies&trade;), Brazil (AMVAC do Brasil); &nbsp;Mexico (AMVAC Mexico), and more.&nbsp;<br><br>American Vanguard&#39;s&nbsp;<strong>Corporate Controller</strong> is responsible for managing the corporate accounting function with responsibilities that include the preparation of <strong>10-Q &amp; 10-K</strong> filings, monthly financial consolidation, management of the corporate accounting team, and handling special projects. The Controller oversees the monthly review of financial results and reporting compliant with SOX and corporate regulations. They will work closely with executive management to provide required analysis and analytics.
