You’ll be part of a fast-paced and dynamic team that partners closely with Marketing, Digital, Insights &amp; Analytics, and Operations.&nbsp;<br>As a key member of the team, this individual will be responsible for analysis of Taco Bell’s digital promotion performance and channel profitability. You will uncover insights into the sales and profit impacts across a variety of channels including in-store Kiosks, digital menu boards, and delivery aggregators. The Senior Analyst will also be an important partner within cross-functional teams in providing recommendations to optimize promotional offer design for profitably growing the business.</p><p>Necessary strengths include: a strong understanding of finance concepts, working with data and conducting analysis in Excel, a great attitude, and ability to partner cross-functionally.&nbsp;<br>This is a dynamic point of entry to Taco Bell; successful members of the team can move to roles in several different parts of the finance team or into other areas across Taco Bell and YUM brands.</p><p><strong>The Day-to-Day:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Preparing post audit analysis of digital promotions and creating presentations to articulate learnings<br>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Supporting analysis of sales and cost impacts from new product introductions, menu design updates, and discounted digital offers<br>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Partnering cross-functionally to build a holistic point of view on business performance<br>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Forecasting utilization and cost of delivery aggregator promotions<br>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Conducting ad-hoc analysis, distilling insights, and helping to craft actionable recommendations &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Is this you?&nbsp;</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;BA required; analytical degree preferred (e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Engineering)&nbsp;<br>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;3+ years relevant work experience<br>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong internal motivation, intellectual curiosity, and logical thinking&nbsp;<br>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Superb interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well in a team environment and partner cross functionally&nbsp;<br>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to synthesize data and financial analysis to help shape business decisions<br>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and SQL a plus</p><p><strong>Work-Hard, Play-Hard:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Hybrid work schedule (onsite expectation Tues, Wed, Thurs) and year-round flex day Friday<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Onsite childcare through Bright Horizons&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Onsite dining center and game room (yes, there is a Taco Bell inside the building)&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Onsite dry cleaning, laundry services, and carwash<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Onsite gym with fitness classes and personal trainer sessions&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Up to 4 weeks of vacation per year plus holidays and time off for volunteering&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Generous parental leave for all new parents and adoption assistance program&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;401(k) with a 6% matching contribution from Yum!
