    "description_html": "<p>JOB TITLE: TOP Statewide Manager</p><p>FSLA Status: Exempt&nbsp;</p><p>PROGRAM AREA: Action, Advocacy and Education</p><p>JOB OBJECTIVE: To serve as a certified TOP trainer and implement a statewide training collaborative with the TN Department of Children Services and other providers through hands on training, consultation, coaching, evaluation, and monitoring for fidelity to evidence-based practices.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Coordination</p><p>Essential Functions:</p><ul><li>Coordinate the provision of training in the TOP Model, youth development, engagement and service/learning for provider agency facilitators, administrators and Oasis Staff.</li><li>Coordinate monitoring visits, group and individual consultation, and data management.</li><li>Coordinate and ensure the timely and accurate collection of data on program activities and outcomes.</li><li>Coordinate activities related to the Jeremy Green Youth Service-Learning Grant Fund and other service-learning activities for assigned sites.</li></ul><p>Direct Services</p><p>Essential Functions:</p><ul><li>Participate in regular collaborative meetings and supervision.</li><li>Facilitate recruitment and training of service delivery staff</li><li>Document training and other processes in a consistent and ethical manner.</li><li>Provide appropriate observation, facilitator coaching, and support to ensure implementation of the TOP program with fidelity.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide back-up to TOP Statewide Director and other Managers as needed.</li><li>Related tasks as assigned.</li></ul><p>Administration</p><p>Essential Functions:</p><ul><li>Provide training, consultation and data management to a portion of provider agencies involved in the TOP Learning Collaborative.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead monitoring visits to provider sites to assure program model fidelity, provide feedback, and document processes.</li><li>Assist contracted facilities, so they are able to be reimbursed for expenses.</li><li>Promote TOP, youth development and service-learning youth programming with TN stakeholders.</li><li>Assist with the development of a plan for enhancing community support for the programs.</li><li>Oversee distribution and ensure completion of surveys and other evaluation materials.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain timely records and assist in the preparation of reports to meet funding and Wyman requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Serve on intra-agency committees when requested or when significant to agency mission.</li><li>Represent the agency and TOP through presentations and workshops.</li><li>Participate in and assist with staff and program development.</li><li>Participate in hiring process and orientation of new staff.</li><li>Participate in relevant agency team and staff meetings.</li><li>Provide back-up and delegated responsibilities in the absence of the Program Director.</li></ul><p>Non-Essential Functions:</p><ul><li>Serve on local, state, and national committees, advisory boards and task forces, etc. when requested or representation is significant to agency mission.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Benefits:&nbsp;</p><p>Free Employee Only: HDHP</p><p>Vision, Dental, LTD</p><p>Employer HSA contribution</p><p>12 Paid Holidays</p><p>PTO</p><p>401K + up to 3% Match</p><p>Paid parental Leave</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>",
