About Us Resonant Energy’s mission is to build wealth in environmental justice communities through the development of solar and storage projects for nonprofits, affordable housing, and homeowners. We use innovative financing and operational excellence to bring the benefits of clean energy within reach for everyone. We are B-Corp certified and 100% employee-owned, and we take our commitments to our staff and partners very seriously. After almost 10 years of hard work, we are proud to be the #1 solar provider for nonprofits in the Northeast. Join us! Location Hybrid: 3:2 schedule, 3 days in-office, 2 days remote (after initial 3-month in-office only training period) Schedule Monday-Friday, 9-5 PM, w/1-hour for lunch; occasional evenings and weekends Target Start Date June 15, 2026 Manager Chief Growth & Impact Officer - Madeleine Barr Job Summary Ready to shape how a mission-driven solar company reaches new markets and builds lasting community partnerships? You'll lead market-entry research for new geographies, define KPIs, and build the playbooks that help your team convert outreach into pipeline. Alongside marketing, you'll develop and manage partnerships with mission-aligned organizations, negotiate partnership agreements, and represent Resonant at events and conferences. You'll directly manage a team of three, setting expectations, coaching for growth, and creating coordination systems that connect the Partnerships and MarCom team to the broader business development effort. What Makes This Role Exciting: This is a builder role at a company with real momentum and a great team. Resonant is expanding into new markets and needs the infrastructure—campaigns, partnerships, playbooks, metrics—to get there. If you want to do strategic marketing work that is also genuinely mission-driven, this is it.
