    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform and complete all essential functions required of Level I Electronic Technicians</li><li>Able to Perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)</li><li>Knowledge of Engine/Transmission Diagnostic Software</li><li>Perform Instrumentation PM with light supervision</li><li>Perform emergency repairs with light supervision</li><li>Repair and maintain 12 and 24 vdc systems with light supervision.</li><li>Knowledge to troubleshoot complete power distribution systems</li><li>Possess general knowledge of cable building and able to repair damaged cable</li><li>Knowledge of procedures and calibration software /adapters and are able to replace and calibrate all sensors</li><li>Knowledge of troubleshooting of all sensors</li><li>Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and are able to replace hydraulic and pneumatic components with supervision</li><li>&nbsp;Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic schematics</li><li>Knowledge of control systems and ability to read schematics</li><li>&nbsp;Knowledge of engine/transmission electronics and able to read schematics.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of networks and equipment and are able to troubleshoot network and equipment problems.&nbsp;</li><li>Able to replace network and equipment components and are able to read network schematics</li><li>General knowledge of navigation through control software</li><li>Knowledge of upgrade installation and are able to assist in installation of upgrades.</li></ul><div><div><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</strong></div><div><ul><li>Ability to read, write and speak English to the extent that they are able to understand verbal and written instructions as well as give verbal and written instructions in English; and the ability to use simple mathematical calculations using whole numbers, fractions and decimals (addition, subtraction, division and multiplication) to make job related calculations.</li><li>Must participate in all company provided training.&nbsp;</li><li>Must meet Competency Task List requirements for job role and complete Equipment Maintenance Task List.&nbsp;</li><li>Requires maintained eligibility to drive company vehicles.&nbsp;</li><li>Performs work on his/her own as well as provides assistance to other employees as directed.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform all duties in compliance with Customer and Company policies and procedures and applicable regulations.&nbsp;</li></ul><div><div><strong>Minimum Required Education</strong></div><div><ul><li>H.S.
