When the GM is out, you own the shift, the team, and the results. \n<em><strong>What You'll Do</strong></em>\n<ul>\n <li>Own center performance across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events on every shift</li>\n <li>Drive sales through strong hospitality, guest engagement, and sharp service standards</li>\n <li>Hire, train, coach, and schedule hourly teams across all departments</li>\n <li>Manage daily financials including cash handling, labor, COGS, and inventory</li>\n <li>Stay visible and active during peak shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays</li>\n <li>Execute company initiatives, promotions, and operational improvements in partnership with the GM</li>\n</ul>\n<em><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></em>\n<ul>\n <li>3 to 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, restaurant, or high-volume operations</li>\n <li>Proven ability to drive sales and operational performance across a multi-department environment</li>\n <li>Experience training and developing department-level managers</li>\n <li>A floor-first management style; you lead by being present, not by directing from a distance</li>\n <li>Financial acumen including labor forecasting, cost control, and direct P&L impact</li>\n <li>Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<em><strong>What You'll Get</strong></em> Our people are the reason guests keep coming back.
