Join our team as a <strong>Business Development Representative</strong> and play a key role in expanding access to our services across the community.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In this role, you will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Build and strengthen referral relationships with physicians, clinicians, and key community partners</li>\n <li>Collaborate with hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and leadership to drive patient access</li>\n <li>Identify and develop new referral opportunities to support growth in our service lines</li>\n <li>Educate referral sources and internal teams on our programs and levels of care</li>\n <li>Represent our hospital with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to service excellence</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A motivated, outgoing professional who thrives on building relationships</li>\n <li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li>\n <li>Confidence in engaging with healthcare professionals and community stakeholders</li>\n <li>A passion for expanding access to behavioral healthcare and making a meaningful impact</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>​</strong><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: </strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>​Collaborate closely with hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians and management, as well as provide education staff to generate referral sources. </li>\n <li>​Develop strong relationships with key referral sources. </li>\n <li>​Identify opportunities for partnering and growth. </li>\n <li>​Manage leads from referral sources and ensure efficient admissions process for clients. </li>\n <li>​Increase the number of referral sources within a facility such as with physician, social workers and discharge planners.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>​Educate community and other referral sources on programs, services and amenities provided within facility. </li>\n <li>​Coordinate the completion of admission process and ensure appropriate resources are obtained. </li>\n <li>​Travel frequently within community, scheduling meetings and developing contacts/referral sources. </li>\n <li>​Document referral sources within appropriate contact management system. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>​Develop events and educational forums that demonstrate programs and provide an opportunity to identify potential referral sources. </li>\n <li>​Represent facility in professional forums and communicate mission in all outreach interactions. </li>\n <li>​Create outreach initiatives that will regularly communicate facility mission with referral sources through phone, email, e-blast, written notes, events, networking and other professional activities.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>​</strong> </p>\n<p><strong>​</strong><strong>OTHER FUNCTIONS: </strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>​Perform other functions and tasks as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>​</strong><strong>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>​High school diploma or equivalent required.
