font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">POSITION DUTIES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: inherit\">Serves as the<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">senior on-site leader</span><span> </span>responsible for the overall management and execution of a Federal occupational medical services contract supporting the Department of Energy (DOE), National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Office of Secure Transportation (OST) Human Reliability Program (HRP).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: inherit\">Accountable for<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">end-to-end contract performance</span>, including staffing, operations, compliance, and quality assurance across multiple medical service areas.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: inherit\">Act as the<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">primary interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and senior program stakeholders</span>, ensuring delivery of high-quality medical, psychological, and occupational health services in support of national security missions.<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif;
