We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Levitate. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will manage the full customer journey from onboarding to renewal. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Our ideal candidate is coachable, naturally empathetic, has excellent communication and time management skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact to develop and maintain relationships with customers Provide onboarding and training to new customers to assist them in reaching their goals.
