  "skills_knowledge_expertise": "<ul><li><!--block-->Previous experience as a cruise photographer highly desirable.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Degree in photography preferred, but most types of college certificates in photography are acceptable.&nbsp; MUST be able to provide proof of education and verifiable documentation showing what courses were completed and what the final grades were.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Hands on experience in professional photography is preferred and must be documented and provable:</li></ul><ol><li><!--block-->A website or on-line portfolio that showcases the candidates work is preferred.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->All work MUST be verifiable as their own original work.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->A printed portfolio (in case a face-to-face interview is required) is preferred, and must be verifiable as the candidate’s original work. &nbsp;</li></ol><ul><li><!--block-->Minimum of two years of event, portrait or wedding photography experience, including experience shooting in large event settings.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Demonstrated experience using professional-grade DSLR equipment and accessories&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Demonstrated experience with studio lighting equipment, light meters and accessories preferred.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Intermediate to advanced Windows or Mac-based computer skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar types of programs.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Photo Equipment:&nbsp; Nikon DSLR systems, Nikon Flash Systems, Hensel &amp; Godox Studio Flash Systems, and related accessories.&nbsp; Fuji Frontier, Noritsu, and Epson commercial grade printing equipment experience preferred.</li></ul><div><!--block--><strong>Language</strong>: Effective communication is a critical part of this job.&nbsp; Photo staff must be able to interact with guests in a positive, upbeat style and therefore they <strong>MUST BE FLUENT (or close to fluent)</strong> in English and be an effective communicator.<br><br><strong>Personality</strong>: Personable communicator with outstanding social skills and a warm, friendly, and engaging personality.
