In this key role, you’ll oversee daily operations at our processing plants to ensure high-quality production, efficient workflows, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. This role will also help coordinate routine plant maintenance and sourcing replacement parts through an approved vendor list. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you’ll be a part of the production supervisor team on site, supporting a skilled team while driving continuous improvement in production performance. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $75,000–$85,000. This will be a rotating shift supervisory position (days/afternoons).
