You will be responsible for managing executive content for leadership meetings, planning, strategy offsites, and contributing to ongoing analysis and presentations that inform decision-making. In addition to providing executive support, you will help set standards and promote best practices for developing clear, concise, and impactful presentations across Risk Management &amp; Compliance. You will have exposure to a diverse set of topics and credit risk areas, as well as opportunities to influence strategy, find creative solutions and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.</span></span></p>\n<p><span><span><strong>Job Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></span></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc\">\n <li><span><span>Manage the credit risk executive content, partnering with presenters and data providers and centrally coordinating updates to executive content.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Extract and analyze wholesale credit data, translating analysis into executive content, narratives and infographics.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Prepare visually clear materials and consolidate impactful presentations and data analysis for senior leaders to inform decision-making; maintain a reusable library of standard pages and exhibits.&nbsp;</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Maintain executive communication guidelines in partnership with Firmwide Risk Executive Content teams; define style guides, checklists, and quality standards.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Deliver on a variety of projects and deadlines with a high degree of organization and discipline.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Partner with a diverse network of stakeholders spanning across levels and businesses/functional groups in the credit risk organization.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Exercise strong judgment, demonstrate problem solving skills, and recommend practical actions.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><span><strong>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills&nbsp;</strong></span></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc\">\n <li><span><span>7+ years of professional experience extracting and analyzing financial data and translating it into executive content</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Extensive knowledge of credit risk management and credit risk reporting tools</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Proven ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including senior-level executives</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and other stakeholders, and prepare executive-level communications on complex, nuanced concepts</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Strong project management skills, with an ability to articulate and execute on strategic objectives&nbsp;</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Expertise in designing high-quality presentations, translating complex information into clear, impactful messages</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Strong data analytical skills and problem-solving skills</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Takes initiative, has a proactive mindset, and drives results independently</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Proficient in Microsoft Office, with expertise in PowerPoint, and advanced skills in Excel, and Teams</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:.25in\"><span><span><strong>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills&nbsp;</strong></span></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc\">\n <li><span><span>Understands the evolving market and operating environment, including key Risk Management &amp; Compliance concepts</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Data </span></span><span><span>visualization skills and familiarity with Wdesk, Tableau, Alteryx, SharePoint, etc. a plus</span></span></li>\n</ul>",
