In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting advanced CNC Lathes and Machining Centers, providing customer training on operations, and performing both warranty and post-warranty service. You will work independently from your home base, supporting customers throughout your assigned region, which will involve regular overnight travel.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Troubleshoot CNC machines and accessories</li>\n <li>Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, software, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.</li>\n <li>Conduct post-installation testing to ensure optimal performance.</li>\n <li>Train customers on machine operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.</li>\n <li>Stay current with new product features and technologies.</li>\n <li>Accurately document all service work, including diagnostics, parts used, and resolutions.</li>\n <li>Travel frequently, including overnight stays, to various customer locations.</li>\n <li>Utilize diagnostic tools such as gauges, test indicators, and force meters.</li>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A two-year technical degree (mechanical, electrical, or machine tool technology) or equivalent military experience.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in reading engineering drawings.</li>\n <li>Ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment.</li>\n <li>Understanding of PLC controls (preferred).</li>\n <li>Experience with hydraulic/pneumatic circuits and general computer literacy.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.</li>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>You will be part of a respected team with extensive industry expertise.</li>\n <li>We offer continuous learning opportunities with access to advanced technologies and tools.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
