This position offers a variety of work and you will support a diversity of projects in a challenging and unique setting. Use established systems to analyze customer needs and define and deliver products.</li><li><strong>Work Scheduling and Allocation:</strong> Design own monthly schedule and, if necessary, assign work to others in order to speed up office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks get done.</li><li><strong>Equipment Installation:</strong> Help specialists set up and test new products or processes; install complex systems with guidance.</li><li><strong>Plant and Machinery Maintenance and Repair:</strong> Maintain and repair complex plant and machinery and supervise the work of team members and contractors to ensure that the plant and machinery meet operational requirements, including conformance with regulatory and organizational health, safety, and environmental standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Education</strong></p><ul><li>High School education required</li></ul><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) Grade 3 Water Treatment Plant Operator Certification and ADEQ Grade 3 Wastewater Operator Certification</li><li>10 years experience</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills</li><li>Ability to perform physically demanding work for periods of time, ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds, and ability to work outdoors part-time throughout the year as needed</li><li>Ability to analyze field readings, data and operating parameters to optimize system operations</li><li>Must have an Arizona driver’s license and a clean driving record</li></ul><p>Preferred Credentials</p><ul><li>ADEQ Grade 4 Water Treatment Plant Operator Certification</li><li>ADEQ Grade 4 &nbsp;Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Certification</li><li>40-hour HAZWOPER certification</li></ul><p>#LI-KM1</p><p>As a multicultural organization, we encourage individual achievement and recognize the strength of a diverse workforce.
