      "content": "<li><b>Routinely provide maintenance at Menta Schools in Belleville, Millstadt, Centralia, and other Menta Southern/Central Illinois properties as needed. </b></li><li>Report any unusual incidents or safety concerns to Maintenance Supervisor</li><li>Perform preventative maintenance</li><li>Conduct routine scheduled inspections of premises and equipment</li><li>Handle basic repairs and maintenance</li><li>Respond to work order requests</li><li>Install, repair, and replace valves and other plumbing equipment, and open clogged drains using appropriate tools&nbsp;</li><li>Repair or replace electrical wiring, ballast and fixtures</li><li>Construct and repair partitions and other wooden structures using saws, braces, bits, and appropriate materials and tools.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Paint walls, floors, woodwork, and fixtures using appropriate materials and tools.</li><div><br></div>"
