This individual will be responsible for planning and executing the migration, configuring JSM, migrating workflows and historical data, optimizing service desk processes, and ensuring a seamless transition for end users and support teams.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead the end-to-end migration from Zendesk to Jira Service Management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assess and document current Zendesk workflows, automations, forms, SLAs, and reporting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Configure and customize Jira Service Management to meet business requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Plan and execute data migration, including tickets, knowledge base content, users, and historical records.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Design and implement request types, queues, workflows, automations, and reporting dashboards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide post-migration support, troubleshooting, and optimization.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven experience leading Zendesk-to-JSM migrations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong hands-on expertise with Jira Service Management and Atlassian administration.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with workflow design, automation, integrations, and data migration.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communication and documentation skills.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong experience with ITSM and ITIL process design and implementation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Hands-on experience integrating third-party ticketing systems.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Atlanta, Georgia, USA (Hybrid)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country where they reside.<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Arctiq does not sponsor work Visas at this time.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Arctiq is an equal opportunity employer.
