    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><br><strong><u>About the Job</u></strong><br><br>The MRF Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within a state-of-the-art Materials Recovery Facility (MRF), ensuring optimal production efficiency, cost control, and a strong commitment to safety. This role plays a key part in leading a highly automated recycling operation, leveraging advanced technology to manage and monitor plant performance.&nbsp;</p><p>The facility is one of the most technologically advanced recycling operations in North America, featuring 90% automated processes, cutting-edge optical sorting technology, and fully integrated systems that enable plant-wide management through tablet-based controls within a modern, state-of-the-art environment.</p><p>The position works 2nd shift (starting at 1:30 PM), Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays.&nbsp; Position maybe hired at a level I or Level II based on background and experience. &nbsp;<br><br><strong><u>What You'll be Doing</u></strong><br>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Manages daily (plant) operations and maintains inventory for safety and operation supplies.</li><li>Reviews and evaluates work to ensure quality, timeliness and ensures quality control in adherence to policies and procedures.</li><li>Manages (plant) logistics and materials; supervises daily production; enters finished goods into inventory; orders supplies as needed.</li><li>Supervises production staff and coordinates workflow and assignments toward the achievement of operational goals.</li><li>Oversees operations personnel needs including coaching, training, and evaluating employee performance. Provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions.</li><li>Investigates, reviews and controls implementation of safety regulations and company policies and procedures.</li><li>Creates and submits weekly and month end reports to senior management.</li></ul><p><br><strong><u>What does it take to be a Supervisor of Recycling Plant with WM?</u></strong><br><br>A. Required Qualifications&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED (accredited)</li><li>Four (4) to six (6) years previous experience (in addition to education requirement)</li></ul><p><br>B.
