    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><strong>SUMMARY</strong>: This position is responsible for monitoring the building, welcoming residents and visitors, following facility policies and protocols, and being a helpful resource for residents, staff, and visitors.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong> -<strong>&nbsp;Position and Facility Dependent</strong>:</p><p>&bull; Monitors inflow and outflow of residents, staff, and visitors.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of caller(s), and forwards calls to appropriate staff member or department.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Conducts walk-throughs of the building and reports any incidents or issues.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Serves as a resource for residents, staff, and visitors related to facility operations.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Participate in initial incident assessments to understand the scope, scale, and impact of the crisis, and report back to the Rapid Response Team Leader.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Maintains client confidentiality by not disclosing or affirming client whereabouts or presence at facility.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Work closely with other RRT members and departments to ensure the efficient flow of information, resources, and personnel.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Communicates with staff and other team members using Teams.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Files and stores documents as needed.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Performs other related duties as assigned by management.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>:&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; This job has no supervisory responsibilities.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong>:&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Computer skills required: Microsoft Suite (Teams, Outlook) and typing skills (30wpm).&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Other skills required:&nbsp;</p><p>o Aptitude for working in a process oriented, detail focused atmosphere.&nbsp;</p><p>o Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.&nbsp;</p><p>o Ability to professionally communicate both internally and externally.&nbsp;</p><p>o Ability to work independently.&nbsp;</p><p>o Adapt well to change.&nbsp;</p><p>o Multitask and prioritize responsibilities.&nbsp;</p><p>o Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.&nbsp;</p><p>o Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization&nbsp;</p><p>o Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions&nbsp;</p><p>o Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.</p></div></div>\n<br/>Multiple Shifts<br/>Varied shifts depending on location ",
