As well as developing employees in their current positions to cultivate a safe and retainable workforce. The Trainer works with the Managing Director, Operations Managers, Supervisors and Senior Management Assistant/Lead to constantly improve the long-term capabilities of the area(s) assigned. Facilitates and delivers internal learning solutions and develops in-house training programs as assigned. Facilitates and delivers internal learning solutions and develops in-house training programs as assigned.
