Production Associates starting pay is $18.00 plus $1.00 shift differential. Wage increases up to $26.61 after 24 months.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Shift Schedule:</p>\n<p>2nd shift - Monday through Friday - 3p.m. to 11p.m.</p>\n<p>3rd shift - Sunday through Thursday - 11p.m. to 7a.m.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Apply now and secure your spot for:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Tuesday interviews 8:30am to 9:30am</p>\n<p>Wednesday from 1p.m. to 3p.m.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Candidates that closely match our needs will be emailed a link to confirm their interview for Wednesday at our Troy, Ohio facility located at 1400 W. Market Street, Troy, Ohio 45373. Only those candidates will be interviewed.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assemble garage doors using various hand tools, power tools, and operating equipment, in accordance with standard operating procedures.</li>\n<li>Apply appropriate identifying labels to doors and/or boxes, where required.</li>\n<li>Visually inspect parts for defects; replace parts that don’t meet quality specifications.</li>\n<li>Monitor supply of production materials available at work station; reorder as needed.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and neat daily production reports.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent, must be able to lift 30 - 50 lbs, and have the ability to work at a quick pace.</li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of hardware required for various door models.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and write a limited number of words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers.</li>\n<li>Ability to count and perform simple math operations to determine information such as weight, temperature, and quantity.</li>\n<li>Must be able to perform lockout tagout.</li>\n<li>Ability to meet production and quality standards.</li>\n<li>Ability to work harmoniously and effectively as part of a work team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Why Choose a Career With Us?</p>\n<p>We don't just manufacture doors; we engineer the \"front door\" of the American dream and the security of global commerce.
