          "text": "<p>The Front End Lead serves as the liaison between staff and management to ensure the department is fully functional. The Front-End Lead delegates to, motivates, trains and mentors Front End Cashiers to promote their development. Reports to the&#xa0;Dry Market Manager.</p><ul><li>Handles monetary transactions and performs advanced cashiering duties</li><li>Assists in supervising the Front-End team to ensure optimal performance and guest experience</li><li>Approves voids, employee discounts, returns and exchanges</li><li>Processes and settles daily cash and credit transactions for all departments</li><li>Processes and prepares shipment of daily cash deposits</li><li>Documents and communicates overages, shortages, sales data and technical or price discrepancies, communicating issues to the appropriate managers and departments</li><li>Processes and monitors currency orders to ensure that cash is always available for transactions</li><li>Maintains an accurate safe count along with daily operation and maintenance of a cash recycling machine</li><li>Orders and monitors inventory of supplies needed for the Front End</li><li>Documents, investigates, escalates and&#xa0;resolves employee or guest incidents</li><li>Coordinates catering sheets between multiple departments</li><li>Handles online order fulfillment and delivery coordination using existing platforms</li><li>Performs other duties as required or assigned</li></ul>",
