      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>3-5 years experience developing custom designed optoelectronic active alignment equipment and alignment processes</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience developing and debugging active aligner hardware and processes</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience creating and modifying alignment sequences in custom equipment GUIs</li>\n<li>Experience optimizing processes for cycle time, yield, and performance</li>\n<li>A strong understanding and comfort of geometric optics and mechanical alignment hardware</li>\n<li>Experience specifying and developing original alignment techniques and algorithms</li>\n<li>Experience with automation hardware using precision stages, automated dispensing, and pneumatics</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of epoxies used for active alignment</li>\n<li>Years of accumulated knowledge of working with equipment suppliers and contract manufacturers</li>\n<li>Excellent project management and communication skills</li>\n<li>Willingness for extended international travel</li>\n\n</div>"
