Because we are a leader in the direct mail space, investing in technology and resources to facilitate innovative ideas, and we&rsquo;re looking to add a Baler to our 3<sup>rd</sup> shift team.</p><p><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Responsible for running a baler machine that compresses and binds cardboard. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and a reliable individual that is able to work at a steady pace to meet the schedule of production.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Run baler machine to compress and bind cardboard</li><li>Maintain the work area, keep equipment in a clean and orderly condition, and follow prescribed safety regulations.</li><li>Break down cardboard for recycling.</li><li>Open chamber doors and remove bales.</li><li>Set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment per the individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities of the equipment.</li><li>Collect cardboard/ empty boxes from production floor</li><li>Maintain production floor clean and free or debris.</li><li>All other duties assigned by shift supervisor or leads.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Required to stand for long periods of time.</li><li>May involve some repetitive motions - bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling of parts and part containers.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be able to frequently lift 50 lbs.</li><li>Due to the open environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity, and cold.</li><li>Must have ability to read and write instructions.</li><li>Overtime is required based on business needs and may become mandatory and weekends could be necessary.&nbsp;</li><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED)&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br><strong>This full-time position includes the following benefits:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Medical coverage</li><li>Dental and Vision coverage</li><li>Flexible Spending Account (FSA)</li><li>401k savings plan with company match</li><li>Paid Vacation</li><li>Paid Holidays</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>\n    </div>\n  \n",
