    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Provide technical expertise for ongoing Enterprise Identity Management and Access Systems operation and enhancement as well as related technologies such as CAS, Shibboleth and LDAP. Work closely with the security, portal, applications and infrastructure teams in the interactions of their systems with the IdM and related systems. Establish and maintain standards and documentation (technical specifications and design documents) for architecture and processes/ procedures of the IdM/IAM systems.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>As part of the IdM/IAM team provide programming and development for IdM/IAM and related technologies, including new IdM/IAM initiatives and application of overall best practices into our existing environment, further integrations with existing processes, and development of enhancements and improvements to the system</li>\n <li>Collaboration with security, portal, application, and infrastructure teams to help manage the operation of the IdM/IAM and related technologies</li>\n <li>Help oversee the technical development of interfaces and single sign-on integrations between the IAM and target systems</li>\n <li>Review and, where applicable under supervision, amend and correct code of new system components/enhancements</li>\n <li>Serve as technical resource in various middleware open-source and commercial technologies</li>\n <li>Work with the teams responsible for system maintenance, performance, capacity issues, and upgrades for IAM and related systems</li>\n <li>Perform regression and technical testing on developed code prior to UAT</li>\n <li>Help manage the development and test servers and work with the UAT team</li>\n <li>Work with the IT security staff to ensure adherence to security protocols and offer suggestions on areas that may improve/enhance existing technical protocols</li>\n <li>Work with the PMO for IT to support and develop new and ongoing projects</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h4>Education/Experience</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor of Arts in Computer and Information Sci. required.</li>\n <li>Minimum 2 years' IT experience with experience with Identity and access management technologies.</li>\n <li>Experience working with stakeholders with varying degrees of technical expertise</li>\n <li>Ability to work well in a collaborative work environment</li>\n <li>Strong oral and written communication skills</li>\n <li>College degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.</li>\n <li>Higher education work experience a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in some or all of the following:Configuration and operation of SAML technology</li>\n <li>Database systems and associated languages</li>\n <li>Hands-on development of IdM/IAM solutions</li>\n <li>Directory services including LDAP and Active Directory</li>\n <li>Programming in Java, Python, Groovy or Ruby, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, XSL, JSON</li>\n <li>Security, authentication and authorization protocols</li>\n <li>Privileged account management</li>\n <li>Federated identity management</li>\n <li>Linux/Unix environments including Bash shell</li>\n <li>REST api</li>\n</ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<h4>Working Conditions</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Onsite and Online</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Maximum Salary</h2>USD $106,654.00/Yr.\n<h2>Minimum Salary</h2>USD $85,323.00/Yr.",
