The ideal candidate will bring a PR experience background, a strong media network, and a proven track record of successfully managing and retaining client accounts. This role involves </span><span>exceed KPIs by implementing clear client strategies, showcasing creativity, taking full ownership of designated markets, collaborating as the main point of contact for market accounts in meetings, delegating market-specific tasks, and providing weekly updates and reports along with weekly meetings to discuss strategy and retention.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span>What we seek in you: </span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>A bachelors or equivalent in PR/Journalism/Communication</span></li>\n<li><span>At least two years of experience in PR or a related field</span></li>\n<li><span>Fluent in English</span></li>\n<li><span>International experience </span></li>\n<li><span>No 9 to 5 mentality; we are a startup and some chaos is part of it!</span></li>\n<li><span>You are interested in language and able to think creatively with words, while maintaining a professional tone</span></li>\n<li><span>Are able to have a professional attitude with clients</span></li>\n<li><span>Can handle client confrontation</span></li>\n<li><span>Are articulate under pressure</span></li>\n<li><span>Attention to detail</span></li>\n<li><span>Are comfortable asking questions while proposing solutions</span></li>\n<li><span>Are ambitious, detail-oriented, positive, decisive, and proactive</span></li>\n<li><span>An interest in B2B, SaaS, Tech and startup industries is desirable </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span>Your duties may include, but are not limited to:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Participating in meetings with clients to discuss campaign strategies and goals, then developing a plan to achieve them</span></li>\n<li><span>Communicating with clients to ensure they are satisfied with their campaigns and evaluating progress with the client </span></li>\n<li><span>Reviewing analytics data (including but not limited to competitor tracking) to determine effectiveness of previous campaigns and planning future ones accordingly</span></li>\n<li><span>Developing and maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction with services provided by the agency</span></li>\n<li><span>Preparing reports detailing the work performed on each campaign</span></li>\n<li><span>Pitching and newsjacking</span></li>\n<li><span>Media training</span></li>\n<li><span>Writing or revising content</span></li>\n<li><span>Liaising with media, clients, and stakeholders</span></li>\n<li><span>Sometimes developing content for social media accounts and writing blog posts</span></li>\n<li><span>Creation of strategy and planning of things such as content, press releases, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span>Sometimes: Event support (when requested by the client), including finding videographers, photographers, etc.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span>Why PRLab?</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>At PRLab, we believe in rewarding excellence.
