We are committed to maintaining high standards of excellence in our operations and customer interactions.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Description:</span></p>\n<p>We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to safe driving, punctuality, and customer service. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This is a physically demanding position </span>where loading and unloading at retail accounts is expected. Routes are short-haul and limited to the Susanville, CA area.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.</li>\n<li>Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling of packages during heavy lifting.</li>\n<li>Verify accounts are properly rotated according to rotation policies to prevent overage product from reaching the consumer.</li>\n<li>Communicate changes and/or opportunities with individual accounts and the general market to the Sales Personnel and the Area Sales Manager.</li>\n<li>Complete Pre and Post-Trips properly on any equipment used for that day’s delivery, promptly reporting any problems to the Branch Manager.</li>\n<li>Develop a working knowledge of credit, State &amp; Federal laws/regulations, and Company policies relative to the completion of duties.</li>\n<li>Execute the pre-planned objectives assigned by the Sales Representative for each account.</li>\n<li>Operate all equipment in a safe manner and keep all equipment/vehicles clean.</li>\n<li>Record all daily paperwork involving invoices and collections in a neat and comprehensive manner, balancing daily paperwork to verify that collections match invoices.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with warehouse staff to complete tasks as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Skills: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have valid Driver’s License.</li>\n<li>Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs. and lift up to 170 lbs.</li>\n<li>Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items as needed.</li>\n<li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S.</li>\n<li>Must be 18 years old (or Subject to Verification of minimum legal age).</li>\n</ul>",
