The RN Circulator is responsible for providing direct, individualized nursing care to surgical patients throughout the perioperative process while ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.&nbsp;</p><h2 data-section-id=\"1biysgw\" data-start=\"623\" data-end=\"663\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h2><ul data-start=\"664\" data-end=\"1803\"><li data-section-id=\"ef1uck\" data-start=\"664\" data-end=\"827\">Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in accordance with hospital policies, physician orders, and established nursing standards.</li><li data-section-id=\"9n9o9s\" data-start=\"828\" data-end=\"913\">Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.</li><li data-section-id=\"1g70ycz\" data-start=\"914\" data-end=\"991\">Coordinate and manage patient care throughout the perioperative experience.</li><li data-section-id=\"v93gpj\" data-start=\"992\" data-end=\"1094\">Ensure proper patient identification, surgical site verification, and adherence to safety protocols.</li><li data-section-id=\"1ps5xpc\" data-start=\"1095\" data-end=\"1239\">Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.</li><li data-section-id=\"1vk28an\" data-start=\"1240\" data-end=\"1315\">Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes in condition.</li><li data-section-id=\"1562kzi\" data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1401\">Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and surgical procedures.</li><li data-section-id=\"1tcs52c\" data-start=\"1402\" data-end=\"1485\">Assist with maintaining equipment, supplies, and readiness of the operating room.</li><li data-section-id=\"1v9nw9k\" data-start=\"1486\" data-end=\"1569\">Uphold infection prevention, patient safety, and regulatory compliance standards.</li><li data-section-id=\"1f40jkm\" data-start=\"1570\" data-end=\"1647\">Participate in quality improvement activities and departmental initiatives.</li><li data-section-id=\"1o5cyyl\" data-start=\"1648\" data-end=\"1724\">Serve as a resource and mentor to other healthcare team members as needed.</li><li data-section-id=\"1e3vnkr\" data-start=\"1725\" data-end=\"1803\">Perform additional duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul><h2 data-section-id=\"1fm6vrb\" data-start=\"1805\" data-end=\"1822\">Qualifications</h2><h3 data-section-id=\"m85lvj\" data-start=\"1823\" data-end=\"1857\">Required Education &amp;
