Our Biblical Framework and “Love One Another” Christian ministry theme (John 13:34) guide every action and help us to focus on our Mission: To honor God by enriching the lives and touching the hearts of older adults.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Maintenance Technician is responsible for creating a safe and secure environment by maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Create a safe and secure environment by maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.</li>\n <li>Maintain an attractive campus appearance consistent with the PHS design intent.</li>\n <li>Execute assigned responsibilities for buildings and grounds as defined by the site leadership.</li>\n <li>Assignments may include:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>floor care</li>\n  <li>resident moves</li>\n  <li>remodeling</li>\n  <li>painting</li>\n  <li>building maintenance</li>\n  <li>customer requests</li>\n  <li>landscape care</li>\n  <li>snow removal</li>\n  <li>pools</li>\n  <li>other projects</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to perform Level I core competencies specific to job as defined by site requirements.</li>\n <li>Able to work independently, multi task, follow directions and work under supervision.</li>\n <li>Relate well to and provide a professional image and services to all customers.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>The estimated starting pay range for this role is $19.75 - $22.64 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role.
