Y</span><span style=\"color: #222222\">our service will focus on helping the family and child, often during non-traditional hours when your clients are available – after school hours and evenings. </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"color: #222222\">Documenting. Like all agencies, documenting of case notes and billable hours is required. </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"color: #222222\">Billing. Full-time staff provide 110 client hours per month out of the 173 working hours available in a month (40 hours x 4.3 actual weeks per month).
