The primary goal is to assist in the assessment, treatment, and recovery of patients experiencing behavioral health challenges, ensuring their safety and well-being. This role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans and facilitate therapeutic interventions. The MHT will engage directly with patients to monitor their progress, provide emotional support, and promote positive behavioral changes.
