Compiles quotes from man-hour estimates and tools costs and transfers this into a final quotation format as presented to the customer.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop a familiarity with furnace equipment so as to respond to customer maintenance needs. Perform service on equipment such as reheat furnaces, annealing furnaces, burners, fans, heat exchangers, and convective coolers.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Act as first line of contact within the customer facility to identify retrofit and new equipment opportunities.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in commissioning of new equipment.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Extensive Travel is required.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What you&#39;ll need</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Hand-on aptitude with combustion equipment and controls.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a group.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Engineering Technician or Bachelor of Science in Engineering&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Understanding of NFPA safety code is required.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Business travel to customers&rsquo; sites and vendor workshops will be required. Physical Demands&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work on feet for long periods&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work around hot equipment.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Trouble-shoot problems.
