Overview Are you a Physical Therapist (PT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at St. Paul's Senior Living in Greenville, PA is seeking its next employee-owner team member. Position Details: This role will start out at between 30-32 hours weekly (full time status) but with caseload building, can eventually go up to 40 hours weekly. We can suppot M-F schedule or 4 day schedule of either Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday. Must be available to rotate on a Sunday every 4 weeks for evals. 🎓 New grads are encouraged to apply! We provide mentorship, training, and hands-on experience to help you grow in your career. Symbria offers a robust Professional Mentorship Program for those starting out in their careers! Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist (PT) , you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve. Qualifications Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists. Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license. It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required! Why work for us?
