In this role, you will be responsible for performing rebuild and disassembly of equipment, components, and parts in our used mining equipment and parts division. With responsibility to maintain and perform the day-to-day shop needs. RMS values long term relationships with our customers, vendors, and each other.&nbsp;</li><li>Career Opportunities &ndash; Experience a career with the support and encouragement to develop yourself and others.</li><li>Competitive Compensation Packages &ndash; Based on experience and other factors.</li><li>Full Benefits Package &ndash; Including medical, dental, life, 401(k), and vacation. &nbsp;</li><li>Stability and Reputation &ndash; RMS has been in business for 99 years and continues to grow.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform repairs, rebuild, disassembly, and assembly of mining equipment, components, and parts.</li><li>Perform inspections on components and parts to validate condition and usability.</li><li>Basic weld repairs and fabrication.</li><li>Perform repairs and rebuilds on large mining radiators.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications/Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Diesel Mechanic Degree preferred or 3+ years heavy equipment maintenance experience.</li><li>Proficient at welding and cutting.</li><li>Ability to read and understand drawings.</li><li>Safe operation of forklifts, cranes, equipment, etc.</li><li>Able to work responsibly, safely, and intelligently.</li><li>Have the desire to take action, improve, and be appreciative.</li><li>Possess the capability to engage with customers, co-workers, and vendors in a respectful manner.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Minimum Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Push/pull up to 50 lbs</li><li>Lift/carry up to 60 lbs</li><li>Lift bulky objects</li><li>Standing, walking, using hands, talking, hearing, neck rotation, trunk rotation, stair climbing, ladder climbing, repetitive bending, kneeling, sustained squat, forward reaching, overhead reaching, supine overhead reaching, crawling, high steps, fingering/grasping.</li><li>Working conditions may be indoor and/or outdoor.
