The ideal candidate has 3 or more years of manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, math and geometry skills, and attention to detail.</div><h3><strong>Specific Job Duties</strong></h3><ul><li>Conduct thorough incoming inspection of parts to verify quality and compliance</li><li>Carefully pack and unpack and parts, ensuring they are not damaged</li><li>Accurately arrange, fit, and assemble components for welding</li><li>Install and secure filler ribbons as required by welding process and work instructions</li><li>Handle and stage parts for welding, maintaining their cleanliness and integrity</li><li>Ensure cleanliness of all parts during handling and assembly</li><li>Operate hand and power tools and materials</li><li>Make minor setups of equipment in assigned area</li><li>Review production data to identify potential areas of non conformance</li><li>Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications, follow schedules, shop instructions or orders, SOPs and any other manufacturing documentation</li><li>Fit, align, and adjust machines or assemblies to meet required tolerances and product operating requirements</li><li>Identify deviations that could impact productivity and escalate issues appropriately</li><li>Work safely and efficiently while following all PPE requirements and participating in safety programs that maintain a clean and safe work environment.
