This is a high-impact role for a well-rounded HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and is passionate about building strong people practices, driving engagement, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple territories.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Draslovka's Mining Process Solutions unit has operations in several key regions, including, but not limited to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Canada, United States of America, Mexico, Chile, Australia</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">South Africa.</span></p>\n<p><br>This role involves collaboration with colleagues across multiple time zones. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Applicants should be comfortable working flexibly to support effective global teamwork.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Recruitment & Onboarding</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and systems.</li>\n<li>Lead both administrative and on-the-job onboarding programs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Employee Relations</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns.</li>\n<li>Foster a positive, inclusive culture and manage conflict resolution processes.</li>\n<li>Support the US HR Business Partner with union matters, grievances, and CBA negotiations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Employee Engagement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze engagement survey data and proactively address trends.</li>\n<li>Design and implement initiatives to boost morale, motivation, and retention.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Performance Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage performance appraisal systems and ensure SMART goal setting.</li>\n<li>Support managers with feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">HR Policies & Compliance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and enforce HR policies for DMPS.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with country-specific labor laws.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ethics & Whistleblowing</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the third-party whistleblowing portal with confidentiality and integrity.</li>\n<li>Promote ethical behavior and investigate concerns in collaboration with legal/compliance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Learning & Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop the L&D framework and systems (LMS, external platforms).</li>\n<li>Coordinate training, career development, and succession planning.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Employee Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee and compare benefit offerings across territories.</li>\n<li>Ensure equity and support the US HR BP with open enrollment and cost analysis.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement the remuneration policy and job grading (WTW Global Grading).</li>\n<li>Guide the business on salary decisions and manage the annual merit review process.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Career Development Framework</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Career Pathways project and maintain a library of job descriptions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">HR Budgeting & Expense Monitoring</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and manage the annual HR budget.</li>\n<li>Monitor expenses and provide financial insights to leadership.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">HR Reporting & Analytics</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain HR records and dashboards with key metrics and project
