A career at Koorsen includes competitive pay, a significant health package, an annual bonus program, life insurance, continuous learning offerings, 401k, paid holidays, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement, career growth opportunities, and more.</p><p><strong id=\"isPasted\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">SALARY UP TO $40/HOUR DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE</span></strong></p><p><u><strong>Responsibilities</strong></u><strong>:</strong></p><ul><li>The installation of security products and systems, including Intrusion, Video Surveillance, Access Control, Intercom, and Monitoring</li><li>Install security products and systems per drawings.</li><li>Ensure customers understand the functionality of their system.</li><li>Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers professionally.</li><li>Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices.</li><li>Open-minded willingness for continual learning</li><li>Follow all Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values.</li><li>Any other duties deemed appropriate by management. &nbsp;</li></ul><p><u><strong>Required</strong></u><strong>:</strong></p><ul><li>Read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.</li><li>1-3 years of Experience in the installation of security systems, access control, and CCTV</li><li>Pass drug and background screenings.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Able to meet state licensing requirements and vendor certifications.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><u>Preferred</u></strong>:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Security, Fire Life Safety, or Low Voltage experience</li><li>Access and Video Manufacturer&rsquo;s certifications</li><li>Proficiency working in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li><li>Basic understanding of IT functionality</li></ul><p><u style=\"background-color: transparent;\"><strong>Physical Demands</strong></u><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">:</span></p><ul><li>Able to safely and effectively use general hand and power tools.</li><li>Must be able to use a cell phone and phone apps effectively.</li><li>Lift and carry at least 50 lbs. Push and pull more significant than 75 lbs.</li><li>Climb a ladder reaching at least 12 feet and use a man lift to perform services.</li><li>Exposure to outside weather conditions, temperature changes, and loud noises</li><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to talk or hear. &nbsp;The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><u><strong>Hiring Process (in addition to an interview):</strong></u></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>New hires must complete the I-9 Verification form within three days of employment.
