You’ll be working on a wide variety of welding, fitting, and fabrication tasks—often working without plans or drawings, coming up with creative, solution-based fixes on the fly. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who loves working in the field, thinking on their feet, and tackling new challenges every day.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Your work will span multiple industries, including industrial construction, manufacturing, power plants, and commercial sites, giving you the chance to work on diverse and impactful projects. From making repairs to installations and alterations, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering quality solutions to our customers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We’re looking for someone with a basic understanding of industrial welding and a general knowledge construction.
