In this position...
Responsible for leading new product launch - Material and Logistics strategy and ensuring alignment across manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain systems. Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to drive forward model planning, business process alignment, and change management. Designs, implements, and supports material planning and logistics control systems (MRP, WMS, TMS, ASRS, AGV), oversees system testing and integration, optimizes route and process flows, delivers training, and tracks KPIs to support efficient launches and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do...
Lead and coordinate the strategy for new product launches, ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product development, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain) to define and align the forward model strategy. Facilitate change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and strategies. Create and deliver training programs to ensure teams understand and adhere to new strategies and process improvements. Analyze market trends, technology advancements, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and drive forward model planning. Design, develop, and maintain MRP/WMS/TMS/ASRS/AGV control systems focusing on Material Planning and Logistics functions Lead MP&L business process alignment matching with MRP/WMS/TMS/ASRS/AGV control system flows Support system UAT test, co-work with ERP/MRP system providers, Plant IT teams, and Cross-functional teams Design route planning, monitor, and improve for the most optimized process flows/ information flows Track and report on KPIs related to product launches, process efficiency, and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
You will have:
AS degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Logistics process improvement, strategic planning, and Experience in forward model strategy development and implementation. 3+ years of experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and product lifecycle management (PLM) software.
Better if you have:
Bachelor's or above degree Mandarin fluency preferred Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies; Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification is highly desirable. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams Strong project management skills and experience with Agile or similar methodologies. Experience with performance measurement and KPI development. Willingness to pursue continuous learning in the areas of process optimization, strategy development, and leadership.
