Bloom cares for a complex geriatric population, with many of our patients, families, and caretakers dealing with cognitive decline including various forms and stages of dementia.</p><p>PMHNP Qualifications:</p><ul><li>PMHNP or similar specialty required</li><li>Master degree Required</li><li>Licensure in the state of Colorado</li><li>At least one year geriatric experience preferred</li></ul><p>PMHNP Responsibilities:<br>The geri-psych nurse practitioner will be responsible for providing:</p><ul><li>Consultations with Bloom PCPs on patients with cognitive impairments and behaviors</li><li>Psych evaluations of Bloom patients with recommended changes to care plans</li><li>Evaluation of psychiatric medication use</li><li>Ongoing support for the most complex Bloom patients with dementia</li><li>Cognitive behavioral therapy</li></ul><p>As a member of Team Bloom you’ll enjoy:</p><ul><li>Scheduled Days: Monday - Friday (5 days)</li><li>10 visits per day</li><li>100% covered employee Health, Dental and Vision insurance</li><li>401k</li><li>Employer paid Basic Life and AD&D policies</li><li>3 weeks PTO & 7 paid holidays</li><li>Licensing fees and liability insurance coverage</li><li>A CME yearly allowance</li></ul><p>The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. <em><strong>The total compensation pay range for this role in the state of Texas typically falls between $110,000 - $125,000 annually.</strong></em> Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and location within the state. </p><p> </p>\n\n<p>Bloom Healthcare only contacts through official channels using the @bloomhealthcare.com domain.
