Th</span><span>e Supervisor </span><span>work</span><span>s</span><span> with the Site Medical Director, Clinic Director, RN Manager and/or Regional Nurse </span></span><span><span>Director and the Administrative leadership team to achieve clinic quality, patient satisfaction and financial goals and ensure all staff are </span><span>up </span></span><span><span>to </span></span><span><span>date</span><span> on clinic </span><span>objectives</span><span> using quality boards, presenting progress on clinic </span><span>objectives</span></span><span><span> at staff meetings, etc. </span><span>Lastly, the Supervisor p</span><span>rovides leadership to the nursing team and support as a </span><span>mentor</span><span> to staff.</span></span><span> </span></p><p></p><p><b>Minimum Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p>Graduation from an accredited LVN school, coupled with a Current LVN license issued by the State of California required.</p></li><li><p>A minimum of 3 years’ experience providing patient care in an outpatient or inpatient setting. </p></li><li><p>Current IV Certification preferred (will be required to complete within 6 months of employment).</p></li><li><p>One year of supervisory experience preferred.</p></li><li><p>Prior experience with an Electronic Health/Medical (EHR/EMR) system is required.</p></li><li><p>A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.</p></li></ul><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><b>Compensation</b></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p>Pay for this job starts at $77,126.00 annually<p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><b><span>Compensation Disclaimer</span></b></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><span>Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
