    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.37.25/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.37.25/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\">This role will drive occupational safety, food safety, and quality results in the assigned Service Center through successful training, implementation, and monitoring of IFCO&rsquo;s Safety and Quality Management System.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>&bull; Drive safety, food safety, and quality results in assigned Service Center. Monitor key processes and data that drive safety, food safety and quality, process consistency, review food safety and quality metrics &amp; key performance indicators, identify gaps and concerns, and work with the management team to improve results.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Perform and initiate all activities in support of environmental health and safety and quality initiatives, New Employee Orientation, and Quality Management System training.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Ensure effective and efficient compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and agencies, managing facility safety, food safety, and quality processes.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Evaluate root cause remediation and coordinate appropriate corrective actions as well as communications for food safety and quality nonconformance&rsquo;s.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Enforce compliance of regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, etc.) including company EHS policies and procedures.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Oversee hazardous waste storage area, waste reduction monitoring, and ensure regulatory agency compliance, labelling, containments, proper disposal and documentation.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Require all new materials and supply orders to include Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to evaluate new raw materials for facility use considering safety and regulatory factors.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Manage facility workplace incident investigations to include responding to and reporting all incidents, incident investigations, determine root cause, establishing recurrence prevention plans, and follow through. Recognize and reward input from employees that improve safety and health in the workplace.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Improve Quality dashboard tracking by site and partner with the Global Safety &amp; Quality team and Operations Plant leadership to drive improvements where necessary.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Lead the development, implementation, documentation and execution of the wash machine cleaning and sanitization procedures including standard work instructions, scheduling guidance, nozzle cleaning and monitoring and compliance monitoring and tracking to set standards.</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>&bull; 3+ years experience in an EHS/Quality position in a manufacturing environment.</p><p>&bull; Experience in working with sanitation chemicals. &bull; Experience with environmental monitoring and cleaning verification.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. &bull; Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. &bull; Strong computer skills and understanding of process methodologies.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Ability to take initiative and work independently.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Computer literate, Microsoft Office applications and ERP system.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Industry: Logistics and/or Supply Chain expertise preferred.
