    "description": "<p>The Wave International is growing, and we're looking for passionate, dedicated <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)</span> to join our residential behavioral health teams in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Clearwater, Florida</span>.</p>\n<p><br>We have <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">multiple openings</span> across both locations — Monday through Sunday — and we're looking for nurses who are ready to make a real difference in the lives of women navigating mental health and substance use recovery.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>The Role</span></p>\n<p>As an evening shift nurse at The Wave, you'll provide compassionate, high-quality clinical care to residential clients in a structured, trauma-informed environment.
