Responsible for the completion of a wide variety of tasks to include keeping assigned areas clean and orderly in compliance with government and management directives.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><u>Essential Functions:</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong>MAINTENANCE/CUSTODIAN WORK:</strong></p>\n<ol>\n <li>Cleaning floors, bathrooms, outside area, and other duties as assigned in the building.</li>\n <li>Wash walls, windows, ceilings, woodwork, dust desks, bookshelves, cabinets, and other office furniture</li>\n <li>Collect and dispose of all trash, litter, and other debris on grounds, streets, and parking lots. Sweep and clean exterior steps, entrances, landings, and sidewalks.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Use basic cleaning compounds, waxes, and disinfectants as provided by supervision.&nbsp;</li>\n</ol>\n<p><br>\n  Must be reliable and willing to work evenings and some weekends.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><u>Education and Experience Requirements:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be a completer and ready for work-based learning.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Qualified students will, at a minimum, have their student card.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Management &amp; Training Corporation (MTC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
