Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Data Replication & Migration Specialist with a strong track record in configuring and managing data replication and migration between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM ERP/S/4HANA, and related systems. The successful candidate will handle end-to-end data lifecycle management for Employee and Organizational Data replication, including EC to ECP point-to-point replication and, ideally, the development of ABAP-based BADIs for custom replication requirements. Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Cloud Connector, and SAP Basis system setup is highly desirable to help guide clients through prerequisite activities. Strong skills in client training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing system monitoring and troubleshooting (EC, ECP/SAP, CPI) are preferred. Expertise in data migration and transformation—particularly migrating from on-premise to SAP cloud solutions, and from non-SAP to SAP cloud-based systems (EC/ECP)—is essential. The ideal candidate can ensure reliable data exchange and smooth transitions across complex SAP landscapes, adapting HCM data transformations to meet each project’s unique needs.
